Jeweler’s Saw Basics & Texturing

In this class you will become familiar with cutting your own designs out of sheet metal using a jeweler’s saw.  Various forms of texturing will also be explored to create a pair of earrings or pendants.

What if you want to attach something but aren’t able to solder?  That’s where cold connections come in.  This class will teach you the technique of cold connections by creating your own rivets from wire to attach and stack various pieces of metal bits together and make these fun oriental inspired earrings.

You’ve always wanted to learn to solder, right? Now you can and be able to do it at home without a workshop or a huge supply list! Learn this soldering technique to create a custom fit bezel for any bead or stone.
